Yes, each room has a spacious balcony equipped with balcony furniture.

Smoking is prohibited on the balconies because cigarette smoke is noticeable on adjacent balconies and disturbs non-smoking guests who are relaxing on their balconies or have open windows. You can reserve a smoking room where smoking is allowed (though not on the balcony). There is also a smoking area in front of the hotel and in the underground garage.

Our rooms do not have a sea view but overlook the hotel garden or, on the other side, the adjacent property.

The hotel offers the following parking options:

Hotel spaces:

• Parking in front of the hotel (in designated spaces) – unguarded, paid 60 PLN/day. The hotel does not take reservations for parking spaces in front of the hotel and does not guarantee their availability.
• Parking in the underground garage – unguarded, paid 70 PLN/day. It is possible to pre-book parking spaces in the underground garage (limited spaces). The hotel guarantees the availability of a parking space in the underground garage provided there is a prior reservation and receipt of a written reservation confirmation. However, it does not guarantee the availability of the same parking space for the entire stay.

Other parking spaces:

• Large municipal parking next to the hotel – unguarded, paid.
• Public parking spaces on the street where the hotel is located – unguarded, paid.

Standard and superior rooms are equipped with showers, while apartments have a bathtub and shower.

Yes, bathrobes and kettles with coffee/tea sets are available in all rooms.

Yes, it is possible to borrow a crib with bedding free of charge, as well as other accessories for children (e.g., a children`s stool, babybath, air humidifier, electronic nanny, bottle warmer). Please inform us of this need when making a reservation.

There are no irons in the rooms, but on floors I-III (near the main elevators), there are public areas with irons and ironing boards (these rooms also have ice makers).

No, the hotel does not accept pets.

The hotel has a Play Club on the ground floor next to the café. The club has glass walls so that parents sitting in the café can keep an eye on their playing children. There is also a Game Room on level -1, which includes foosball, air hockey, and billiards. In the hotel garden, there is a modern playground. Animations conducted by animators take place according to the schedule available at the reception.

Both standard and superior rooms have an area of 30 m2, and apartments have 60 m2.

The water in the pools and jacuzzi is chlorinated, which is a necessary microbiological safety requirement according to the guidelines of the State Sanitary Inspection. Even in the case of ozonation, the water must be simultaneously chlorinated.

For such treatments, you can, but you don’t have to come in a bathrobe. You can come comfortably dressed.

The time specified in the SPA treatment price list is the time dedicated to the guest, from entering the treatment room, through a short introductory conversation, to the actual treatment.

Immediately after facial and body treatments, it is not advisable to use the Aquacenter area, and definitely, after acid peels for the face and body, one should not use the Aquacenter for 12 hours.

It is best to come from your room already in a bathrobe about 10 minutes before the agreed-upon time. On-site, you will receive disposable underwear that should be folded during the treatment.

It is not required, but you should remember to have a towel with you on which to sit or lie down. Leave your flip-flops outside.

Hotel guests use the Aqaucenter zone (swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzi) without additional payments. Fees apply to non-hotel Guests. The price list is on our website in the tab » Aquacenter and in the Pool Reception. Please note that in case of higher hotel occupancy, the use of Aquacenter for guests from outside the hotel may be limited.

There is an electric car charging station in the hotel’s parking lot, specifically the Garol LS4 model. Charging the vehicle, along with payment, is done through the Ev Plus mobile application. Please refer to the regulations for using the electric car charging station.
