The structural diet is based on a very simple principle. All recommended foods contain a minimum of calories while providing a maximum of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Structural foods ensure a proper metabolic rate, making the diet highly effective for weight loss. Continuing to follow a diet based on structural foods even after completing a weight loss program helps to maintain a stable body weight without the need for constant calorie counting.
The 800 kcal treatment aims at quick body weight loss. It helps maintain correct metabolism speed and avoid weakening typical for other diets.
The 1200 kcal diet is a slimming treatment combined with intensive body detoxing. Thanks to high content of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and fibre, toxins and harmful metabolism products are removed from the body.
Dr. Bardadyn’s diet is also available in the following options: vegetarian, gluten free and vegetarian-gluten free.
5 x lymphatic drainage – detoxifies the whole body, removes unwanted metabolism products, therefore it is especially recommended for slimming course.
1 x Sculpting Massage BUP – performed manually on the thighs, buttocks, and abdomen. The main purpose of this massage is to firm the body, break down fatty tissue (cellulite), and expand blood vessels, resulting in better blood circulation and oxygenation of tissues. After this massage, the skin acquires the proper tension and elasticity.
1 x Algae Bath – with hydromassage and the addition of micronized marine algae rich in vitamins and minerals. It stimulates microcirculation, has cleansing, and regenerating-revitalizing effects.

Important information about your stay at the hotel:

Hotel Parking:
- Parking area in front of the hotel (in designated parking spaces) – unsecured, rates: 60 PLN/day. The hotel does not reserve parking spaces in front of the hotel and does not guarantee their availability.
- Underground parking – unsecured, rates: 70 PLN/day. There is a possibility of prior reservation of underground parking spaces (limited number of parking spaces). The hotel guarantees the availability of a parking space in the underground parking, subject to prior reservation and receiving a written confirmation of the reservation, but does not guarantee the availability of the same parking space for the entire period of stay. Please first check-in at the reception, where you will receive a ticket entitling you to enter the underground parking.

The charging station is in the car park in front of the hotel, namely the Garo LS4 model. For guests of the AQUARIUS SPA Hotel***** the use of the charging station is payable according to the price list. The use of the charging station does not exempt from the parking fee in accordance with the price list.
The hotel is obliged to apply the standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his/her relationship with the adult with whom he/she is staying at the property (Act of 13 May 2016 on Combating the Threats of Sexual Crime and Protection of Minors). Therefore, the guest staying at the hotel with a minor should possess and present a document of the minor’s identity or other document to confirm the minor’s identity. In case of traveling with a minor who is not a parent or legal guardian, please prepare the parent’s permission to travel with the child.
